Last year, Stacey asked me to submit an easy recipe to be included in his book. Of course, I jumped at the chance and I am thrilled to be a part of such a delicious collection of recipes. Stacey and I met by chance through blogging, our love of food, the South and most importantly, keeping the tradition of the family table alive.
