Sandwich Sauce aka "Fry Sauce"

If you need to give your regular meat and cheese sandwiches a face lift, well, I've got just the thing.  Traditionally known as "fry sauce" this flavorful condiment is usually used with french fries and onion rings.  Since I make lots of sandwiches during the week, I decided to give the traditional recipe made with 2 parts mayo and one part ketchup an extra something by adding a couple of ingredients.  It was the right thing to do because they boys and their friends love the new & improved version.  I slather it on bread then layer on ham or turkey, add some cheese and crisp lettuce for a delicious sandwich.  We also use it on a hamburgers & hot dogs for something a little different.  Last but not least, there's always the traditional use with fries, chips, tater tots and onion rings.  Some things are never meant to go out of style!
