Favorites From My Kitchen ~ Knife Magnet Bar

Although not very glamorous, this kitchen gadget is a workhorse and one of my favorites.  It's a knife magnet bar that is attached to the side of my cabinet and holds all of my knives.  By placing the knives on the VERY strong magnet, they stay sharp, out of harms way(no digging in a drawer - ouch!) and are always within reach.  It's the perfect helper for anyone who cooks A LOT.

I bought mine at The Extra Ingredient a local kitchen and gourmet shop. I always get compliments and comments when folks see it in my kitchen because it shows my knife collection and it makes so much sense!
