Christmas Snack Mix

You all know how much I love making different snack mixes.  I've made a mix for Valentines Day and for Halloween so it was fitting that I make something for Christmas.  This time of year there are so many fun savory and sweet ingredients available that's it's easy to combine all your own favorite flavors.   Over the weekend, I made a couple of different versions...here's how you do it.

On a large piece of parchment paper, place your mix ingredients in an even layer.  Drizzle with melted vanilla or chocolate candy coating.
I use CandiQuick Vanilla Candy Coating which is naturally flavored.  I take the candy blocks out of the plastic tray, place them in a heat proof glass bowl for melting.  You can find this brand at WalMart.
Let the mix cool, break into pieces.

Get creative and have some fun in the kitchen!  Enjoy, friends...
