Hey friends! I know I've been missing lately and love y'all so much for hanging in there with me. I've been really, really busy working with some wonderful, talented people in the furniture industry during market. I've got lots of new recipes to share in the next next few days but until then, I thought I'd share a couple of things on my weekend list.
It's COLD here, so of course, I started thinking about comfort food. Here's one of my most popular recipes and there is no doubt that this slow cooker pot roast with gravy will satisfy your need for something comforting, warm and delicious on a chilly evening.
Since the cold temperatures have arrived, it was time dig into my closet to check out my fall/winter scarves and gloves. This year, I'm upgrading just a little with a new pair of touch screen friendly gloves. Check out these smarTouch gloves from Isotoner. I'll keep you posted on how they work. Friday night means football for our family. So far this year we've been up and we've been down. Either way, I've had so much to celebrate and tonight, I might just have one of these. I'll definitely need a little warming up and this might hit the spot.

Plus doing a little of this. I love pumpkin carving and getting our house ready for Halloween.
